C&H Machine stands out in precision manufacturing with its advanced Wire EDM capabilities. Our state-of-the-art facility houses 10 Wire EDM Machines, including one of the largest in the industry, capable of handling parts up to 20” thick with precision cuts, even at a 45-degree taper. With a wire as fine as 0.002”, we achieve intricate geometries and internal corners as small as 0.0015” radii. Our expertise extends to "turning" features with sophisticated equipment and a fully programmable 6-Axis EDM Machine, enabling us to produce complex shapes and threads efficiently.

Sinker EDM

C&H Machine's Sinker EDM services are capable for creating precision features within blind cavities, especially in hard or difficult to machine materials. Our Sinker EDM is fully equipped with a C Axis and a tool changer.

We also have a practical and versatile EDM Drill capable of burning longer holes with smaller diameters in harder materials.
